Use instead of B.A. or B.S.

When referring to the athletic conference or the room in the Kansas Union, do not use Big XII.

On second reference, biological survey.

On second reference, Board of Regents, Kansas regents, regents or board.

Use men for all male students.

No apostrophe.

The hall encompasses Hoch Auditoria, one of which is Bricker Auditorium.

The Campus Buildings Directory is the authority for building names. Capitalize proper names of buildings and subunits of buildings and shortened forms based on proper names. Do not capitalize generic names of facilities or abbreviations based on generic names.

On second reference, union, unless the text also mentions the Kansas Union. In that case, use Burge on second reference.
