Capitalize when using the whole title of the lecture or lecture series.

Capitalize only proper names when shortening.

KU Libraries is the umbrella term for all campus libraries. Use University of Kansas Libraries on first reference for off-campus publications unless the University of Kansas has already been mentioned. Use a plural noun.
